The QMS™ Suite includes the following modules:
 Quality/Risk Assessment
Is designed to record, track, and report potential clinical dysquality by way of departments/services and groups/indicators. The user can customize QMS™ to meet the specific needs of the facility by providing information that demonstrates the quality of health care provided at the facility or by its practitioners.

 Credentialing
Records, tracks, and reports demographics, privilege delineation, continuing education activity, and committee meeting attendance information for various practitioners such as physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, employees, and others. It also contains mail-merge capabilities, and maintains information related to National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) inquiries.

 Claims
Assists the Risk Manager in managing a wide variety of claims data including general and professional liability, property, and workers' compensation. Information tracked in this module includes claim and claimant specific data, diary and payment entries, persons involved in each claim, and alleged event data giving rise to a specific claim.

 Presentations
Provides the user with an opportunity to graphically display data trends by using a pie chart, line or bar graphs, and many other graphical formats. Custom reports are also available via the report writer.

 System Management
Handles password security, maintains standardized and customized profiles, and manages the software's file maintenance functions. It also interfaces with mainframe systems to import existing patient demographic and practitioner activity data.

 ORYX Core Measures
Refers to QMS™Core, the newest module to join the QMS™ performance improvement family. It provides an easy, affordable solution for those accredited facilities who are required to participate in TJC's ORYX® Initiative for Core Measure Set tracking. This module affords a simple, user-friendly tool for collection, transfer and submission of data.

 Data Transfer
Provides a way to transfer corporate, aggregate, and/or ORYX® transaction data for comparative reporting.

 eQMS™ Online Event Reporting
QMS™ users can take advantage of the browser-based data entry screens available in eQMS™. These data entry screens can be run from within any browser that supports java script. This feature of eQMS™ allows any user within (or outside) a facility to view or enter data using only an internet connection provided they have the correct security clearance.
